Roberto Hinojosa, PLS
Licensed Surveyor, Party Chief
I’m passionate about earning more about the land and history of this region and folding that into my work.
Roberto, originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico, is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Colorado. He earned an Associate in Applied Science from New Mexico State University in 1999. Determined to live in the beautiful Southwest Colorado, Roberto found his way to Goff.
As a Party Chief, Roberto leads our survey field crews. He specializes in geodetic control networks, topographic surveys, and boundary retracements. His favorite surveying projects are cadastral surveys and historical research. Working on the Pony Express pipeline, stretching 256 miles from Cushing, OK to Lincoln, KS, is one of his most memorable projects.
When Roberto is not in the field at work, he enjoys music and plays the piano, guitar, and saxophone. He also enjoys sports and is active in the community. He loves participating in a weekly Bible Spanish ministry, which is part of a worldwide, multi-language, multi-cultural campaign.
