Parker Newby, PLS is the firm president and the head of the Surveying department. He began his surveying career with the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management. With over 27 years surveying experience, his extensive surveying knowledge, attention to detail, and meticulous surveying practices are assets to any project.
Robert Trudeaux, PLS is a firm principal with over 14 years survey, drafting, and project management experience. He serves as a liaison between the survey field crews, drafting personnel, and the client.
Brent Smith, PLS offers over 23 years of project field and management experience in surveying. He serves as Goff’s survey coordinator. He has been recognized for his consistent ability to deliver high quality field research and analysis reports, GPS control surveys, cadastral photogrammetric topographic surveys, right-of-way construction surveying, maps, plans, legal descriptions and calculations, construction staking, and state-of-the-art project database development/ communication networks.
